1)你最近一次的中国之行怎么样？有什么给你留下印象的东西吗？

这是我第二次来到中国了，都是在深圳，非常棒的城市，有很多很好的spot可以天天滑板，干什么都很方便。

2)你有想过去其他的中国城市吗？比如上海或北京？

我听说上海是个不错的滑板城市，上海北京都是大城市，就像洛杉矶或纽约一样，有很多还没给人滑过的spot，我肯定会找机会去的！

 

3)听过你在深圳的时候很喜欢吃甘蔗？

没错！这是中国最好吃的东西！很甜而且很好玩，因为你总是叼着一根棒子，哈哈！

4)Eric (波仔)告诉我们你每天都要吃甘蔗，是不是可以让你滑板更厉害？

这个秘密就是甜味让我很兴奋！

5)你是每天从同一个地方买的还是在街上随便买的？

随便买，碰到哪里就买。

6)那么超级pop的hardflip动作是不是和甘蔗有关呢？

当然！

7)如果有人想做你的甘蔗赞助商，你愿意吗？

那肯定啦！

8)你最喜欢的滑板spot地点是中国的哪里？

都非常棒，而且肯定不只是那些光滑的黑色大理石台阶，这是起码的，看看我们的新video里那些spot就知道还有多少好spot在等着我们了！

9)你最喜欢的装备是什么？

8.0寸Expedition 'slither' 板面，Venture 139低桥，49.5 - 50 mm Gold 滑板轮，Bones Swiss轴承。

10)你最喜欢的动作是什么？很多人喜欢说带翻的动作，你有喜欢的grind动作吗？

我每天都做crookie grind，有时候也喜欢switch back tail.

 

11)你要学会一个新动作要多久？

不一定的，我就是去滑板，感觉来了就做新招，感觉没有就不做。

12)那你不喜欢的动作是什么？

Varial flip(小乱)

13)你能ollie多高？

呵呵，那看你想跳多高了，其实ollie高一些也很简单，你在平地上能跳过多高的东西你就能练到ollie多高。

14)有什么是大家不知道的关于你的事吗？

我不喜欢听到别人说，“你肯定会成功”，我一定会成功完成某个动作来证明我成功了。

15)如果要跳下一个很高大的东西时，你会怎样来激励自己？

找个人跟我一起跳！

16)你觉得所有滑板video里最棒是哪部？

个人最欣赏Girl早期滑板片Mouse里Guy的那段。

 

17)你对冲浪手们很容易泡到妞这事怎么看？为什么你会选择滑板？

我从来就对冲浪没兴趣，没什么新意，而且我讨厌鲨鱼，其实滑板也可以泡到妞啊，哈哈

18)你能持续多久不吃墨西哥菜？

上次去中国的时候就是三个星期，那次已经是我最长的一次没吃墨西哥菜了，所以中国应该多开几家墨西哥餐厅，中国人应该会喜欢吃的！

19)在中国的时候你有吃过什么特别的东西吗？

也就是些平时在家里不吃的东西，没什么特别的，因为我吃东西都比较单一，出门了就吃点新奇的，如果你想问的是狗肉，那肯定不是。

20)你喜欢拍新video吗？会不会感到紧张？

压力绝对大，最近拍的两个片段都很不同，给Kayo公司拍片就是去拍就行了，但给Transworld媒体拍的时候，我总在想应该做些什么动作会比较特别。

 

21)除了滑板你喜欢干什么？

陪陪我女朋友，骑单车，去建造新的滑板spot，打网球，和朋友们打打篮球。

22)你觉得最舒服的DVS板鞋是哪款？

所有的DVS都很舒服！我最喜欢的是现在我穿着滑板的这双Munition。

23)我们都觉得你的风格更适合DGK，为什么你会在Expedition队伍里？

很简单，我们的团队有一个“牙买加”公司、一个“贫民窟”公司和一个白人公司，我想我比较适合白人队伍，哈哈。

24)如果Richard和Welsh两人同时玩manual动作，你会压哪个赢？

哦。。。cab fakie wheelie 对决 cab flip switch wheelie，这两个动作太难决出高低了，对我来说他们都是最棒的滑手。

25)如果成功不了动作你会变得很狂躁吗？

当然会，我以前打过冰球，很容易发火。

 

26)你最近调整你的滑板是什么时候？

别调了，直接送给小孩！

27)你第一块滑板是什么配置？

Zero光板面，Indy桥，Zero轮子

28)你觉得谁的Hardflip做得最好，当然除你以外。

Mike Carroll、Kelly Hart、Bryan Herman等等，他们都做得很漂亮，而且风格不同。

29)你觉得谁的滑板风格最干净？

我非常喜欢Rick Howard的风格

30)最后有什么要给中国滑手说的话吗？

很简单，坚持滑板！等着看最新的Expedition video吧！今年夏天就会出了！谢谢大家！

1) how was your recent trip to china? whats was your impression?

was it how you thought it was going to be, or totally different.   this was my second time to china, both times i stayed in shenzhen. super fun to skate around the city and look for spots, grab some fruit on the side of the road or whatever.

2) would you like to travel other parts of china? shanghai, beijing?

I heard shanghai is good to skate. They're bigger cities like LA and New York, and most likely have a lot of virgin spots. i'd be down to go to either of those cities for sure!

3) so whats the story with the sugar cane ?

haha its the best thing about china! they're so sweet its like eating straight sugar!  weird because you're gnawing on a stick.   

4) Eric (lai) told me you ate sugar cane every day, does it  make you skate beter? maybe theres some secret ingerdents in  threre? the sugar gets you hyper!   

5) did you get it from the same guy everyday or was it just  randoms on the street?

randoms   

6) is there a corrlation between super popped hard flips  and sugar canes?

for sure!   

7) if we find you a sugar cane sponor are you down?

hell yea!   

8) what was your favorite spot in china?

they're all amazing, but definitely not black marble. thats probably my least favorite spot, and seeing on footy how good that spot is tells you how good the rest of the spots are!   

9) whats your favorite set up?

10) whats your favorite trick? everyone always answers a  flip trick, how about favorte grind?

crookie monsters all day. switch back tails on good days   

11) how long does it take you to learn a new trick?

not sure really, i just go skate. if it works it works, if it doesn't it doesn't   

12) whats the trick you just love to hate?

varial flips   

13) how high can you oille? ( you  dont have to answer that) 

hahaha you can if you want tonot too sure. its easier to ollie high when you're ollieing over something, as opposed to just trying to ollie high on flat   

14) whats one lesser known fact about you?

i hate hearing "you got it". if i got it, i would have landed it already   

15) how do you pysch yourself up to jump down somethng big?

get someone to skate it with me!   

16) whats the best video part of all time?

probably Guy's part in Mouse   

17) with surfers getting all the girls in carlsbad, tell us  how you got in skateboarding instead  of something  else.

never had the interest to surf. cut-back, cut-back, floater, cut-back. too repetitive and not enough variety. i also hate sharks. oh yea last time i went in the ocean i stepped on a  sea urchin. i was not stoked.   

18) how long do you thing you would last without mexican  food?

the last trip to china was 3 weeks long. i think that's the longest i've gone without it. thats what china needs more of is mexican food. i think it'd be a good thing seeing as how both cultures love that rice!   

19) did you try any crazy foods with you were in china? if  so did you like it?

ate some stuff that i probably wouldn't have ate back home just because my options were limited, but nothing too intense. no dog if thats what u were wondering.   

20) do you enjoy fliming for a part? or do you feel  pressured?

totally pressured. the two parts i filmed were completely different. for the kayo video i just went out and skated, for the transworld video i  tried to think of stuff to film instead of just going skating. i think that  back-fired.   

21) your favorite thing to do besides skateboarding?

hang w my girlfriend, ride bikes, go make spots skateable, play tennis with the homies and shoot hoops in the backyard.   

22) most comfortable pair of dvs?

all of them! my favorite to skate in right now are the munitions.   

23) I always thought you would fit in better on dgk, how  did you end up on exp?

pretty simple. there's a "rasta" company, a "ghetto" company, and a white company. i think i fit better on the white company haha   

24) if richard and welsh were playing skate with manual  tricks only, who would you bet on?

oooh cab fakie wheelie vs cab flip switch wheelie. shoot. i dont think i can honestly answer that. they both are the best dudes.   

25) do you get hockey temper if you dont land stuff?

oh yea for sure. it's probably because i used to play hockey.   

26) last time you focused a board? is that hip anymore?

dont' focus your board give it to the kids!   

27) your first set up?

bold zero deck, indys, some swirl zero wheels   

28) who's got the best hardflips in the biz? not  counting youself

mike carroll, kelly hart, bryan herman. they all do it differently and they're all amazing.   

29) who has the cleanest style?

i really like rick howard's style   

30) any last words for the skaters of china?

what should we  look forward to with you in it?pretty simple...keep skating! look out for the Expedition video! due out sometime this summer!  Thank you
